The digital licenses, software services, and cloud server details you have purchased are delivered digitally to the e-mail address specified during the order within an average of 2-24 hours after your payment is confirmed. Physical hardware orders are shipped to your address within 3-5 business days via our contracted courier companies.
For physical product deliveries, the BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, without assuming any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason.
According to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation; services performed instantly in the electronic environment (Server renting, SSL certificates, domain registrations) or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (Software license keys, downloadable software) are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal. Cancellations or refunds cannot be made for these products and services.
For your return requests, you can send an e-mail to info@comettech.com.tr along with your order number. When the return is approved, the product amount is refunded to the credit card you paid with under the assurance of Iyzico within 7-10 business days.
